Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Unless specifically noted on the product page (such as "ships directly from manufacturer"), your order will be shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of payment. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified immediately via e-mail. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information and/or additional processing is required, there may be a delay in shipping your order.

Print on Demand
Print on Demand products will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days. 

Worldwide Shipping
Kongwear ships via DHL eCommerce and typical, upon completion of fulfillment, your order will take 7 to 21 working days to reach your country. Thereafter, it is dependent on your country's postal administration to deliver it to you. 

Actual delivery times may be longer depending on location and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. 

If you order an item that is prohibited in your location and it is returned to us, your refund will exclude any shipping and customs fees incurred.
